The difficulty of this demanding par-3 varies with the wind. A helping wind from the west shortens the approach and increases the chance of birdie; a head wind from the east heightens the possibility of the ball landing in the cavernous bunker guarding the front left of the green. There's no guarantee of escaping it in one. Sand also sits behind the green to catch the long iron struck too strongly. As much as any green on the course, this is a good one to play safely to the middle.
